Folks serious about carry usually put in more range time than police officers...
Also, on the concealed carry side, they have the element of surprise...
I've always been pro 2nd amendment but I was never radical about it. Up until the "Summer of love 2.0", I kinda thought that people who carry guns, especially in the suburbs, were weirdos.
Prior to all that whacked out bullshite, the only guns I owned were for hunting and put away. But after? No more.
I've had a concealed carry permit since 2021. I log range hours. I own 5 pistols, a tactical shotgun, a 9mm carbine and about 6,000 rounds of ammo.
I'v become one of the same people who I thought were weird for carrying a gun. It's now as second nature to me as picking up my wallet.
I represent what liberalism in this country created. Liberalism armed me to the teeth.

Not saying I have but it's always good to think like the opposition when it comes to things especially when it concerns the 2nd amendment. You can have 10 good guys stop active shooters and only 1 guy that tries to stop an active shooter and ends up hitting a bystander. Which situation do you think will further an agenda more?

Like I said, let me know when you actually have evidence of this happening... Otherwise it is playing to the left's boogeyman mentality about firearm ownership...

If this is the report I read, then it shows that cops are more likely to shoot innocent bystanders than armed civilians.

Some situations, the worst ones, are not going to be stopped by civilians.
These need to be stopped by organized teams.
Take the Vegas shooting.
You going to need the cops on that one.

Well yes, they are undectable compared to the LE.

did they do a written report I can read?

Better is a poor word choice. The citizens are the first there so the chance of them stopping a threat before police is high if armed.

Demonstrably false. The guy killed 50 people and never experienced return fire from LEO. He shot for 13 minutes then killed himself. LEO broke into his room 42 minutes later.
One guy with a scoped deer rifle could have stooped him in 5 minutes or less.
