Well it is completely inappropriate to display the Ten Commandments on State House grounds anyways.

Like it or not, this is 100% accurate.
Like it or not, this is completely inaccurate.
It is totally appropriate to commemorate the 10 commandments in front of the court house. That set of laws formed the basis for the way of life observed by the founders of this nation. It is perhaps the most appropriate thing imaginable to have in front of a court house.
Just because the founders granted 'religious freedom' to you doesn't not mean you have the right to erase all historical references that you don't like.
Now you'd have a case if courts began citing 'commandment #4' as their rationales for a decision rather than constitutional processes. But they don't. The memorial is a homage to historical advancement, nothing else.

Its a race to the bottom between Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama and Miss.

That's efficient sinning, breaking all 10 commandments at once.

Hard to do in the normal course of sinning.

When California and the Northeastern states secede and all of the liberals in the south flee to these safe spaces, the Southern states will start to prosper.

Shame funds will go to rebuilding when that's some meals-on-wheels that could be bought

If I recall correctly, they will be erecting a moment on the Capitol grounds for atheists also.

You should be able to display whatever you wish on public property. The so called Establishment Clause is BS invented by lawyers and I would be willing to bet that the men that wrote that did not mean for it to be interpreted in the way it has been.
Not to mention they love to use the first part of the sentence, then conveniently omit the part after the comma about the free exercise thereof.

It's not 'everybody gets one' it's 'nobody gets any'. It's unconstitutional.

One day that error will be corrected. Not to mention why are the Ten Commandments on the Supreme Courts' own building?
They're on the doors to the SCOTUS' own courtroom and in the chambers themselves for all to see. Is THAT unconstitutional?

What if it is the same context as them being displayed at the US Supreme Court, i.e., a law construct issue?
Doing a little reading on the Arkansas politician who basically paved the way for this display to happen, I doubt his motives in wanting the display are similar to the ideas behind the display at the US Supreme Court. And I think the display at the US Supreme Court is a more secular representation and only features a handful of the commandments, not all.

You know what error, don't play dumb.

I honestly don't know what you're referencing to. What error

Either they are constitutional and allowed to be there, or not. SCOTUS is hypocritical.

The interpretation of the so called Establishment Clause. Read it ALL , not in part.

Yep, I'm completely imagining that the avg leftist is not a big fan of Christians, but will defend Muslims with everything in their arsenal. Completely in my head.
