Those 7 years of tribulations might begin when radical islam gaining a majority controlling interest in all western nations.

How close are we? Depends on if you believe the liberal western voices marching in support of islamic Jihadis are the majority or the minority outliers under a MSM microscope.

Could this be what will take place at some point?A key sign may be if a slick talking "peace maker" rises out of the islamic scene to be the great saviour (i.e. The Beast) and broker a deal in the Mid East that would usher in the 7 years tribulation.

There is no doubt that if this were to take place Christians would be persecuted like never before in recent history. Also, while everyone is focused on vaccines and digitals chips as the make of the beast, is it possible that the makr will be conversion to Islam? Islams stated goal os to convert the whole world or enslave of kill anyone who refuses. How hard would it be to imagine being compelled to convert to Islam out you would no longer be able for buy/sell or conduct business. The closer we move to digital currency the easier I see that as a possibility.

I do believe that the Islam is from the line of Ishmael, as claimed by the prophet Mohammed himself iirc. God was clear about the line of Ishmaelites, I will make him a great nation and he will be a donkey of a man making war with all around him. I think people blindly embracing what they do not understand will prove to be detrimental to western society.

I think this is all interesting from a historical perspective. Jesus said not to look to heaven for a sign of things to come but to be prepared because no one knows the time but the Father.

I'm not. God promised I wouldn't see his wrath. I've been redeemed.

People have been trying to speculate and guess on the end times pretty much the entire history of man...

The most important part is to be prepared and the rest really will not matter in the end...

It's not tribulations. There is but one. What if it already happened like the times leading up to 70AD? But whatever you believe, go read the parable of the 10 virgins (bridesmaids depending on which version you read). You just have to be prepared. If we are in fact in the last days (every generation since the resurrection thought they were), then it just reinforces the preparedness requirement.

I have thought for some time now that Islam will somehow be used in the Tribulation. There is a verse in Revelation that speaks of the souls of those who were martyred in the Tribulation, and it says they were beheaded for their testimony of Christ.
Since beheading is Islams m.o., this would fit this description.

As others have said no one knows. However, in order to control everything, centralization of power is needed in order for one person to control it all. With the destruction of national borders, stock markets around the globe connected to each other, the push for one world currency (crypto), and rise of world Court reflect all this.

I’ve been listening to some podcasts lately that focus on Genesis 6 and the Nephilim. Some scholars believe that one of the main reasons God sent the flood was because of the grievous sin committed by the angels. Later in 2 Peter, we are told these angels are being held in chains in gloomy caverns waiting to be released during the last days and they will receive their ultimate judgment.
Some have speculated that the anti-Christ may be a Nephilim himself.
It’s a fascinating hypothesis.

Not only was grievous sin prevalent, but the dna of man was corrupted. All but the 8 on the ark. It has always been Satan’s plan to corrupt the image of God. It is happening again today with gene therapy injections.

Youre in the midst of it.

Religious people seem to forget they are "not of this world" but living in a fake, phony existence here and have lost sight of whats real.

The wrath you’re referring to is likely judgment. When you read the verses, it doesn’t appear that believers get to miss out on tribulation as it doesn’t seem like they are taken up until the last trumpet sounds.

1 Thessalonians 4:16-17
For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord.

Revelation 11:15
Then the seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he shall reign forever and ever.”

1 Corinthians 15:52
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed.

I wouldn't consider ~2000 fricking years as "fast forward".

Give it up. You're about to qualify for social security. Get off the curb, your dad isn't coming back from that milk run.

"We are spirits in the material world."

99% of us live the reverse. Weve fallen in the same trap.

One on the ark could have also been tainted, because the Bible states, there were also Nephilim after the flood. We know this by the accounts of giants in the Promised Land.
The Bible only says Noah was perfect in all his generations, but does not state that his daughters-n-law were also clean.

Because you claim to not believe in any of this, yet you still respond to every thread that has to do with it.

I don't believe in Bigfoot. You know what I don't do?

I don't waste my time responding to Bigfoot threads online.

Of course, I also don't feel any need to hold myself out as being smarter than people who do believe in Bigfoot. Wonder if that has something to do with it...
