Blacks only make up 12% of the US population. There's 9 Supreme Court justices and one of them is black. That makes 11%, so it's equal to the population.

Judge Janice Roberts Brown from the DC circuit has been nominated to the Court of Appeals before but Dems have always blocked or stalled her nomination. She’s a conservative African American judge but she doesn’t toe the line of the puppet masters in DC so she’s never going to get nominated.
