Are the Police complicit in the burning down of Kenosha?

They know the truth right now of what happened.
Either the guy was armed with a knife or not.
Either the guy had a gun in his car or not.
Either the guy said he was getting his gun or not.
Either they are refusing to arrest officers that should be arrested or they are allowing this to go on so the city burns..

Well, I think they overcharged ( again ) the officer, but maybe not. If he's charged, then I'm lead to believe there was no knife and no gun found.
Which I find extremely unlikely, given the perp's record and what had just transpired.

The police take orders; they don’t make these decisions. Blame the Democrats in charge: governor, mayor, etc.
