This can't be real. It's sad when people don't believe natural manifestations that occur right before their own eyes.

"Thank you Bill Gates for trying to f***ing trick us that this is real snow,” a woman says in the video as she holds a cigarette lighter to a snowball.

The snow was real

Were power and water limited or shut off, and federal assistance delayed to make Texas look bad? And that racist insurrectionalist ted cruz?

Maybe

We went from the power grid was minutes from collapsing to fully functioning in quick order

All of that is irrelevant to this topic. This is purely about people lighting snow on fire and blaming it on Bill Gates. Everybody in the South knows it was real. People are fricking delusional and have lost their damn minds.

Snow will burn, for the record

Put it in a pot without water and boil it.

Well I didn’t have running water until late last night—over a week after the “fake” snow.
I only wish my many hikes to my neighbor’s house to fill a bucket of water for my toilet every few hours had been a hoax.

The soaking insulation in my attic and damaged sheet rock in my ceilings and walls seem pretty real too.

But just to be safe ... when the insurance adjuster comes out to the house on Saturday to assess the damage, I’ll be sure to verify that my policy covers imitation disasters.

I really hate you had to deal with this. I can't even imagine. Luckily I've never had damage to my home from natural disasters. It's got to be gut wrenching after investing so much time, money, and love into your home.

You’re wonderful for saying that. Thank you.

It’s a MESS; but honest to God, we’re not having a pity party over it.
So many people are in the same boat, so maybe that helps?
I have a job. I’m healthy. I have a phone. I have internet access. I have food to eat. I have a place to sleep. And I have a family and friends who care. What else is there?

Thanks again for your compassion; it truly means something.

At least you didn't lose your family to the "Fake" snowmagedden. There were quite a few people and numerous children who died from CO poisoning and house fires. You definitely have the right attitude about it. There are a lot of Texans hurting right now.

We had some real hail come through north of Dallas last night.

Thanks, Bill Gates.

There are 30 million people in Texas and maybe 4 who believe this and they may be bullshitting.

This is "news"?

It wasn’t delayed. It never arrived.

People are stupid. So I’m sure it is.

Saw a video of some woman freaking out because she put a lighter to a snow ball and it wasn’t “melting”. She must’ve missed the 10 grade chemistry class that would’ve told her it’s going straight to gas form.

By not real, I took it to mean not an act of God as opposed to the snow being plastic.

HAARP is a weather manipulating tool that was registered in the 30's or 40's, if I remember correctly. It's quite possible that TX is getting this man made disaster. But don't they have 60° weather coming?

If the power still is a problem after the warmer weather then we'll know to take Ted to sonic.

Exactly what you would say if it wasn’t real but you wanted people to think it was.

Snow is crystallized water vapors that have collided together.

Go fill a pot entirely with snow and try to melt it. Don’t add any liquid water at all, Bill Nye.
