It all depends on the details of the contract. Considering the nature of the job, I'm sure that if there is one, there would be a way out of it for Tucker. I also doubt that it would be dependent on going to arbitration. It likely isn't set for the duration of the contract either. Probably 6 months or less.
ETA: I'm not a legal expert, I just have a fair understanding of how things typically work, and the above is merely a guess. Not even an educated guess.
