DC was the 1st territory in the United States to free the enslaved.
It’s where Black Americans fled the tyranny of slavery & towards greater freedom, to DC. Yet today it’s where 2nd class citizenship reigns, and the right to vote is denied.
It’s time to recognize DC statehood

She thinks that DC is a hole in America that is in no state and is just unincorporated territory. She doesn't understand that it is in fact in multiple states and therefore everyone votes in the state they live in depending on where in the district they live. She thinks that DC should be its own state, and doesn't realize that it would just take away land from multiple other states. She is a moron.

I will admit that the founders fricked up one thing about DC - it never should have become a normal “city.” Unless you’re there for your government job, or some similar supporting role, then you shouldn’t be allowed to live there; everyone should be required to have official residency elsewhere and vote at that residence. DC has become a typical inner city shithole filled with typical shithole residents.
