Anyone personally know an FBI employee?

Are the aware how lowly the public considers the bureau? Are they concerned and willing to do anything about it?
Unfortunately I don’t know anyone, or else they’d be getting an ear full.

Yes, and a former federal prosecutor and DEA agent. They're all MAGA.

I know the board general hates them but does the overall public? Any numbers to support this?
The political appointees at the top are awful but I'd be willing to be your general agents are solid people just doing a job like the rest of us.
I know multiple FBI agents and they're regular guys, mostly Republican, and come from the military.

Now I don't know how scientific this is, but it's probably within 10 points are so. If you scroll down a bit you get the trends, which are more telling IMO. Also note that it's from Feb 18, and I bet the numbers are worse now if those trends are even remotely accurate. Probably a lot worse.

I once had a tenant that was the daughter of an FBI Agent. She was a newly-married, spoiled brat.
There were multiple complaints about non-issues w/r/t the apartment, but the most ridiculous was that she complained that the water from the faucets were bleaching her hand towels. Ultimately I tested the Ph and felt like a jagoff for doing so. Each time these issues came up, the FBI Agent father would get involved and lob these thinly-veiled threats, in effect saying that he was going to get the government involved in some fashion. It made me absolutely livid.
That's my only experience with any FBI employee. Naturally I chose not to renew her lease after it expired.

Long time ago I lived next door to the Special Agent in Charge for the city that I then lived. He was quiet and seemed nice enough but was a recluse for the most part. Divorced at the time, as I recall.

I know some for the FBI and other agencies. For the most part they are regular guys and the vast majority are MAGA.

Most of the lower levels are all good Americans. But liberals being a minority are experts are infiltrating at the highest levels and then wielding their influence.

I know agents from all the federal LEO.
Big difference in agents that work out in the field offices and the beaurocrats in Washington.
Most agents are just normal people doing their jobs and have no say or control with the sheningans in Washington politics.

I’m a retired US Probation Officer. Everybody is very much aware of what a cluster F the entire system has become. Everything changed with Obama. It was like nothing I’ve ever seen. Within a year, it was very clear that a certain group of extreme leftists had taken control. The strategy was to lay low to avoid being run out. I retired the day I was eligible. All of my friends have done the same.

I’ve got a HS buddy who’s an agent in the FBI’s New Orleans office.
I haven’t spoken to him in about 5 years, but unless something drastic has happened to change him (and when I say drastic, I mean “struck in the head with a large piece of office machinery” drastic), he’s probably MAGA as frick.

One of my best friends from high school is one. He seems normal, but he just works at a field office in Dallas. Conservative, MAGA supporter. I think the main issue is the bureau in Washington
Kind of like how local Chamber of Commmerce branches are fine, but the national Chamber of Commerce is corrupt and rotten.
