Yeah. He'd probably be backing people like Mike Johnson, John Thune, spending like a democrat, taking over private industry like Bernie Sanders, and covering up for the deep state... oh wait....

I think he would be a little more hardcore than Trump on foreign policy. The intel agencies would be interesting. I doubt we would have Tulsi, Kash, and Bongino in there.

He’s doing his job and no he is not running for President. He knows nobody is beating JD Vance. Ron DeSantis is a smart man and a great Governor

here is a level of charisma it takes to win the nomination of either party most of the time. You can get around that by being next in line, like…
Hillary
Kamala
H W Bush
Dole
McCain
Mondale

Bush went on to win
And Kamala got to be next in line because Biden was In full blown dementia, she never actually was next in line

Dole was the ultimate sacrificial lamb I remember that a rally here in Houston like the weekend before the election he and Kemp are throwing out little footballs they still have one of them

I think he's been a very good Governor. I also think that's his level. He should've never betrayed Trump in 2024, but he also proved that the national stage was a little too big for him.

Besides, J.D., Marco, and a few others are simply much better choices than him in 2028.

so? Bush went on to win, big deal? He was a mediocre cabdidate with a great resume and Reagan’s enormous coattails.

And yes, Gore WAS next in line. He also beat a weak field.
