Do you write any CGL or MEL policies?

I work in claims and not much involved in underwriting.

I appreciate your in insights, always good to have back and forth on issues we know something about instead of the wild assumptions and speculation we see on these boards.

Many believe all plaintiff attorneys are nefarious schemers and insurance adjusters live to screw people out of what they are due. Neither are true but the extremists paint a distorted picture for the rest of us who just want to do the right thing. We want to close our files at a reasonable range and most attorneys are doing the same. We can all strike a good balance when open minded and respectful of the process.

Agreed. It is nice to know reasonable, decent people are on the other side of the claim

And if you work for FB and your screen name in any way references Breaux Bridge because you live there, I’ll bet we’ve actually handled claims together before...

Worked out of the Baton Rouge , New Orleans and Nothshore radius, but I do work statewide and have had a few in the Breaux Bridge and St Martinville area. I have been mostly in the independent field and currently contract to several national independents. It is likely we have interacted.

Best part is we all bleed purple and gold on here.
