Anyone ever look at the people's account that follow you on X/Twitter?

Not a big X guy but I usually just post to piss off the libatards on there. I am always getting hot looking women starting to follow me(not a brag)and by looking at their pictures and reading their little profiles you would think hell yeah but started to do some research. Btw not all people following me are these types. You can click on their profile and it states which country the account is based out of and they are countries in Africa like Nigeria and several others. The intial comment states Suzzy blah blah is following you then it says like I am just an All American girl and even said one is in the US Army. Can anyone just start these X accounts and what is the purpose of following people with made up bs?
