Supreme Revenge

Inside the no-holds-barred war for control of the Supreme Court. From Brett Kavanaugh to Robert Bork, an investigation of how a 30-year-old grievance transformed the court and turned confirmations into bitter, partisan conflicts.

I watched it. I usually can handle Frontline, because I find they only slightly lean partisan-Left. However, there were two GLARING omissions tonight:

1) they glossed over how ridiculously cordial, polite (and VOTE-count) the Republicans were in approving Sotomayor, Kagan and RBG.

2) the Biden-Rule that did not allow a SCOTUS nomination under Pres. Bush. Frontline stated that Mitch's action against Garland was unprecedented, when in fact, Joe Biden set the precedent.

The REAL investigative news story out there is the FACT that Dems are the assholes when it comes to SCOTUS nominations. They played it like both sides are to blame.

Mitch is too busy trying to raise the age of purchasing tobacco products to 21.

He will side with Trump here and there just to save face because he knows the Republican Party is MAGA now.
