Non-conspiracy theory:
They need to clean the blood off so the building owner can repair the holes in the roof.
I am sure there was no shortage of DNA to get a sample beforehand.

Typical behavior when the Gov't is involved in a tragedy.
Branch Davidians, Ruby Ridge, Oklahoma City the sites were quickly bulldozed and destroyed.
