Facts:
--until about 5 minutes ago, nobody on here had any sympathy for drug users dying of drug oversdoses. This included quasi-knighting for the medical industry and the likes of the Sackler family when they started losing lawsuits
--Fentanyl is not produced in Venezuela. Nor are any fentanyl precursors produced in Venezuela
--"narco terrorist" is a made up phrase like "death squads"
--Fentanyl is a different animal than almost every other illegal drug. e.g. An entire year's supply for the US could be made to fit in the back of an F-150. This means that even just stopping it at the border is next to impossible
--If anyone cared at all about "friends dying", they'd be equally up in arms about LEGAL alcohol in this country (or, at the very least, ILLEGAL alcohol being sold to minors).
I don't even really know what Trump's angle is here. I hope it has to do with oil somehow. Either way, it's a bizarre hill to die on.
