Good looking gun in very good shape. I don't know when Colt went to plastic mainspring housings but this gun has one. Not hard to swap though.
Look at the Browning high-power. In the pic with the box the 2nd magazine looks like it's completely rusted. on the outside. But the gun looks impeccable.
