Actually most of the stores in the Mobile area are well stocked most of the time... just selected items run out

On a couple of these items, it’s a raw mineral resource shortage. Since we outsourced our foundries to China, we have been in a pinch for aluminum (soda/beer cans) and mining resources for titanium dioxide-TiO2 (white part, or “primer” part of paint).

Yep, it has become SOP when grocery shopping while my wife is getting most of our stuff I am roaming the aisles looking for the hard to find items. When I find them I get several of them.
And we wonder why shelves are empty.
