Having a go fund me isn’t a foundation and tax code has nothing to do with donations. Go fund me also goes to the person who set it up. Non profits and foundations can also use funds not directly for the purpose of 1 thing.

You tell me tax attorney. I didn’t go to school for law or taxes, I did go for business and Econ. I do work with non profits and foundations though. My point is he’s not using all that money for toys and you’re a fool if you think so.
“Day to day operations” is vague and that’s one example. Travel, overhead, food, etc.

Think about this accusation for a second. You think his family or him are faking something (the injury or recovery) to get 9 million into the foundation so they can be aggressive on what constitutes day to day operations? What number do you think an aggressive approach gets the family?

His mom had him at a young age and had nothing. He’s also never playing again so there is plenty of reasons to think these will be spent on his recovery and personal use. Again, go fund me isn’t a foundation.

I was diagnosed recently by a poster here of mental illness,I see myself as a truth seeker,look at things from a different angle before coming to a conclusion.thing to ponder about about Damar incident.there was a doctor Eidleman who posted he gave Damar a booster 12/26,which is weird isnt that HIPPA violation? why was an unmarked ambulance with no lights and empty on the inside on the field?why in the ICU Damar has no heart monitor mounted on the wall as a nurse noticed?odd why was he released 7 days after being on a vent,CPR all the way to the hospital ,wearing a MASK after we were told was on oxygen,a hoodie,sunglasses.face hidden believe what you want
