For our posting friends who can never resist the urge to be holier than thou when the opportunity presents itself, no one is celebrating a woman being smacked down. What people here find particularly satisfying is seeing everything this woman stands for being taken to task and dismissed as contrived BS.
I doubt if this woman even understands what she's doing or what she stands for, other than trying to be hip and cool.
She failed at being hip and she failed at being a warrior for a senseless cause.
I'm a 125 pound woman and if I went charging into a group of men with anger in my eyes and bad intent in my heart I would expect to suffer the consequences such actions produced.
Now, you can return to your holy mission of telling everyone else they're wrong.

Just for those "melee" arguments, the line of Trump supporters began to advance (hold the line, hold the line) and the ANTIFA line began to retreat. A small part of the ANTIFA right (defnitely four, maybe five people) got overrun by the Trump supporter left, up to ten or fifteen people (very hard to make out numbers). One ANTIFA dude was quickly knocked down (in the street) and was left alone. Two others were pummeled very well. The woman comes out of nowhere from the rear, squares up with Nathan Damigo and is laid out. The ninja in the background ( ) air fights with (possibly) a fifth ANTIFA member (more than likely a camera guy). And black dude with the MAGA hat comes in with a two inch dowel looking for some action.

You have some people celebrating it, but I think it is more about celebrating the hypocrisy of the other side. The left has zero issue pointing out how religious beliefs override personal freedoms, so the right will have zero issue pointing out the massive flaws in identity politics.
Am I a fan of a large dude punching some small woman in the face? No, I am not; however, I do think it's comical that the "we're all equal" crowd is condemning this. If this was a man on man, it would not be seen in the same light, so it basically invalidates the belief these people have about all being equal.

You are a well- adjusted, serious man with a substantial degree of board gravitas. I think you are universally respected here. But your time would have been far better served defending a more important principle or person. A really shitty person who has pretensions to violent anarchy learned a valuable lesson about the rules of Planet Earth. If she learns that lesson and adjusts, she should pay that dude for the lesson. A big arse Theta Xi taught me the same lesson in college and I'd buy him a beer now for the wisdom he bestowed upon me with his fist. He did her a long term favor. And meanwhile The Universe will take care of the big blond guy too.
