Did you see the part where I called them idiots- the left almost entirely denounces them as counterproductive fricknuts, that's a major difference between the left and the right- the right tolerates and in some cases lionizes their moronic extremists the left marginalizes its nuts.

My concern is the growing violence. ANTIFA is having the desired effect. It is bringing out those that oppose them for violent confrontations. And I am hoping that we are not heading for even more violence. I honestly do not know.
She is not the focus of this argument. I just take umbrage with the glorification of violence, period. My first post was about the "Jesus" hoodie guy.
I honestly thought that she was a smallish dreadlocked guy when I first saw the video. Only later when I saw still pictures was I able to see it was a woman.

I said it wasn't cowardly because we don't have enough information to say it was cowardly. In fact, based on the circumstances I feel that it was warranted.

I saw a guy run up to a woman, punch her and then run away...you saw that, correct...him running off to the right into the crowd while the melee continued?

I honestly have no idea how I would respond in a wild melee. With adrenaline flowing and knowing that you're surrounded by dudes who are headhunting. I've never hit a woman and have no desire to, I just think it's misguided to say it was cowardly because woman.

Other than his not continuing to beat her, why are his actions after the fact relevant? Does that mean he wasn't involved in a melee? Did you watch the whole video?

I have not changed my position one bit. After seeing the still photos on page 2 I made my comment. I said from the start that he was a coward because I believe he knew she was a woman and punched her anyway. I think he deliberately chose the weakest opponent and squared off with her. That has been my consistent position throughout all of this.
I cannot prove his intent or understanding of the situation in a court of law. That is why it is an opinion on an OPINION board.
