Anyone who even visits Infowars needs to seriously reevaluate their lives. Alex Jones is either a con or an idiot. He's being sued by Chobani Greek yogurt. Think about that for a second. How paranoid is your shite if you put something out there so nutty a yogurt company sues you?

If I linked a similar story from The Wall Street Journal and David Ikies, I've still used a guy who believes in shape shifting lizard people as a source. And I should be ridiculed mercilessly for doing so.

It would be a weird feeling to retire from being a Supreme Court Justice. You literally reached the pinnacle that a jurist can reach, through a life of extremely challenging work. That's not to say one shouldn't retire when they feel that the age and tremendous burden catching up to them, they should, but it would just be quite a feeling to reach that point and then be done.

Would be better if Roberts were retiring.

Not really, despite his bizarre Obamacare ruling, he is more conservative than Kennedy.

Little understood fact about the courts...

Of the 3 branches of Government the Judiciary is the weakest.

As Hamilton said in the Federalist Papers...

The Court is the weakest branch of government because we didn't grant them the power of ENFORCEMENT or PURSE.

The other two branches can totally ignore the Courts if they so choose, since the courts can do nothing about it until the other two branches are populated with like minded people.

Why? No one likes him. No core values.

Garland is being saved tor the Ginsburg seat

I hope he appoints Judge Napolitano. Kennedy was a flip flopper, but he nearly always sided for the citizen and against the government when it came to human rights.

Did you know that you don't have to already be a judge to be appointed to the supreme court? Heck, you don't even have to be a lawyer! He could appoint me if he really wanted to.
Please Donnie, I know you post here. Please appoint me to the Supreme Court. I promise to be hilarious during the confirmation hearings, so much so that the media will forget about you if only for a little while. You can get some peace and quiet and I can troll the country on your behalf. I would be ever so greatful
