Generally what this green deal is about.

There are national and public interests in promoting green energy. Not so much for promoting commercial real estate.

Its purely ideological.

If you people were actually serious, yall wouldnt have cried about Nuclear decades ago and no one would be discussing "climate change" today.

Obama lied about the growth in his Presidency too.

We got into a debate about growth and Obama's lies.

We were in contact with 950 Electric Utilities weekly every year. The reports were always the same ....."Ne expected job growth for this year." Why is that important? We also received a report from each Utility ......"No additional meters this quarter" Unless they are adding Outhouses with no power ....You ain't growng. Obama was doing the same as Biden has been doing .......Federal Government Employee growth, False numbers to prop up the fiction.

Agreed, but I don't think we're quite there yet.

We're still extremely low, but as inflation rolls on it shouldn't be a shock to see this (and other bad stats) going up. Buyers over the last year or so, those who were hoping real wages would keep pace enough for them to refi within the next year or so for 4% rates, are going to be in a world of hurt.

I'm on the opposite side of the metroplex, west of FW. This area is exploding. New commercial and residential are filling up as fast as its built. Commercial leases are relatively inexpensive. A 2000 sq ft warehouse with finished storefront office space and bathroom, parking, and water is going for $1500/month. That kind of thing is perfect for a construction company like me. Waste mgmt, electric, and internet are on me. All total, less than $2k/month for this office location.

It's not apples to apples for my other office locations, but I expected to be paying a lot more when I opened this location based on what I'm paying for other locations.

You’re absolutely right about nuclear, but climate change is a real thing we’re already experiencing and it will continue to cause problems related to flooding, drought, food production, etc.

Isn't that the way it's supposed to be? If you can't support yourself you lose.

Do you think I should be paying for companies to keep their building when they can't pay the mortgage? frick that socialism.

I welcome their downvotes. The cultlike herd behavior is very very funny
