I mean are we really gonna argue that being locked in a box for 23 hours a day is considered humane? Especially considering the fact that the Tate brothers pose no risk to other inmates.
The point of solitary confinement is to punish inmates who have harmed others while in the pen.

Other than Trump of course.
But looking at stuff like Treason.
Unleashing of a biological weapon on the planet and lying about it for political gain
Disrupting peoples lives for 2-years for a bunch of bullshite
Suberversion of the 2020 US election
Race riots in 2020
Epstein running rampant for 20-years unchecked
Open and obvious government fraud completely unchecked.
So after all that, there's been no arrests or extraditions other than a couple Romanian you-tubers?
Is this the best America can do?
