Dude. I live in Louisiana. Have worked in PC and have a lot of friends in that area… thus the SGJ comment

Actually its the new hotels that they are building in Destin. That is attracting the riff raff. There is a Hilton Garden Inn just built as you come over the Mid-Bay Bridge on your left right before the Commons. There is another hotel being built on the north side of Hwy 98 i guess about a mile east of the Commons.
Exactly. The chain hotels that are popping up have done nothing but attract straight trash. For whatever reason, it’s less of a problem on Pensacola Beach compared to Destin and PCB.

People make fun of 30A, but it’s worth the money
Who’s making fun of the 30A? It’s literally one of the nicest and most exclusive vacation destinations on the panhandle.

It's very easy to make fun of the pompousness of some 30A acolytes but it is, admittedly, a nice place to vacation. There is a certain segment that says staying anywhere else on the Gulf is beneath them

I never liked how clustered the homes are in Alys Beach. The architecture is grand and elegant but you could literally stretch out your hand and touch a neighbor’s house due to how compact everything is.

"How is having 500 black people partying on crab Island any different than 500 white people partying on crab Island?"
I would explain but I don't know where to start
