The US is quite literally at the center of everything that happens on the globe. We work with everyone and are the gorilla in the room no matter who is at the table.

We still have room to improve but the US is an amazing by most metrics.

The US is the most powerful nation on Earth. When you say “greatest”, then you have to define some criteria. In many categories that a lot of people deem important, the US is not the greatest.

Our piss poor public education is one. We are not teaching kids to be able to compete globally any more. Our kids are graduating with degrees in majors in which they cannot find jobs, much less even pay back their loans.

Normally you’d call it ethnocentrism...but in our case it’s genuine fact. We could end the world 100 times over.

Why do you think I am wrong?

What categories are we the greatest besides the military?

Why are you still here if it's not the best?

I value security. We have the best military in the world. I can live with not being the best elsewhere.

Now, lets ask the question again, what is the US the best in the world in besides the military?

They dont have the best military.

Now for a third time- what besides the military is the US the best at?

If you keep dodging the question I cant help but feel you agree with me.

Not going to get into that because a lot of the data and reporting is doctored by the countries themselves, the one world gubment anti-America media, etc.

I've been to 4 continents and more than 30 countries and nothing comes close to the U.S.

List off the places you'd move to if they had America's military, taking into account the state of the entire countries themselves.

Thats impossible, we have the 3rd biggest population in the world and the 2nd largest by area.

By those standards our only competitors are Russia, China, & India. Now if you took the EU as a whole, this could get interesting, considering they have a similar population, area, and are all democracies.

Eta: nice dodge, again.

You seem to get the point now. Also, 95% of the EU is a dumpster fire waiting to happen. Most aren't truly American style democracies either.

This is the most likely scenario

China might step on their own dick though

A good portion of their economy could be made quickly obsolete due to the increased mechanization of industrial processes

What would make China comparable? Size and money? Wouldn't our military still be greater?
