Man these workers are going to be some suicidal when Amazon completely automates their warehouses with robots and such
Daily Mail
.
No more min wage
No more WC claims
No more health benefits for the warehouse workers
No more 401k matching
No more bad press about the “oppressive” work conditions.

Amazon work culture has been known to be extremely shitty.

I don't get your point. Should the workers pretend they have great jobs (they don't) in order to stave off automation? That's coming anyway.

189 over 6 years equals 31.5 per year. Without knowing the total number of people that work in their warehouses it is impossible to know if that is above the norm or not.

"The centers employ more than 125,000 full-time employees, according to the company."
189 over five years =.15%, right?

Looks like terribly depressing work. Kudos to those who do it

Around 40 per year on a workforce of what size? Compare that to how fast we are losing veterans to suicide and get back to me about what a real issue looks like.
