What a ridiculous, pandering load of crap! Trump showing his liberal side here. Paying people to have babies? WTF? "opening up a new frontier by building cities". WTF? The Federal government spending your tax money to build a city in an area that nobody lives in now? No jobs, no businesses that exist. This sounds like a 10 yr. old's idea of a science project.
