You do realize that Brennan left that out of his intelligence assessment under the guise of “unverified” while inserting the Steele dossier, which was also unverified.
We only know about the Brennan handwritten notes and the Clinton plan because Durham uncovered them during his investigation. Otherwise, it would have never seen the light of day.
