Alito orders Penn to respond in case asking SCOTUS to halt enforcement of stay-at-home

Justice Samuel Alito this week ordered the Pennsylvania government to respond to arguments from a variety of Pennsylvanians asking the Supreme Court to halt enforcement of Gov. Tom Wolf's strict stay-at-home order, aimed at fighting the coronavirus, because they say it is unconstitutional.
The Pennsylvanians behind the suit – called petitioners in Supreme Court parlance – are arguing that their rights under the First, Fifth and 14th Amendments have been violated through Wolf's order. The petition lays out a variety of grounds on which it says the order is unconstitutional.

This is what news should be reporting. Cover that there has been a request. Report the response by the Penn. govt. Let the people decide how to react and don't politicize it.
Media won't touch this, though.

Very good, this is how our system is suppose to work. I do not know of many dictatorships that would allow this type of activity from its citizens. The we lost out liberty crowd just needs to chill and let the system do its thing.

Maybe these people have the guts and confidence to do this because of the vocal "we lost out liberty crowd".
