Woh. That will sting. It will be appealed and likely lowered. But this case is going to leave a mark.

And yet almost all media can spew lies, defame, libel and go unpunished.

I’m pretty sure Texas has a cap on these sorts of things regardless of the amount the court rules on. Don’t know how that works with the “victims” being from another state though

Alex made the grave mistake of going against neoliberal western propaganda. As long as you’re lying in their favor it’s all OK

Alot of money for a bunch of "actors" and pretend dead children, huh.

At least Mickey will have something to smile about tonight as another man rails his wife.

Texas state law would apply in a Texas state court.

I’m pretty sure Mickey isn’t worried about his wife.

Texas is an unlimited tort state and hence a venue of choice for those sueing somebody. Did you see the $7.3 Billion judgement las week against Spectrum because one of their employees murdered a customer. That case was in Dallas.
I am curious how the suit got into a Texas court...

That’s right, I forgot.
At least Mickey will have something to smile about tonight as another man rails his man. Hope he’s gotten the Monkeypox vaccine.
