Did Pence record the conversation? Does Pence always tell the truth? Where's his concern for the United States?

Oh wait, the Ukrainians need more tanks.

The fly is more respected than Pence.

If he honestly thought there was a legal way to reverse the GA results, then that phone call may not have been fraud.

Opining from a place of complete ignorance. Not a single person who has read the entire transcript of that call could possibly think anything nefarious was being discussed. You say am indictment isn’t evidence, but you sure are citing it like it is factual. Read the transcript. Then realize how silly you are being.

But the scheme to submit votes from fake electors and have Pence throw out the legit votes is fraudulent even if Trump believed he won. You can't accomplish something illegally just because you believe you were cheated.

List the elements and the specific actions of trump (dates and descriptions of the actions) that meet each element.

Not according to Pence

Perfect. I’ll ask you the same. List the elements of the alleged crimes and specific the dates and actions of trump that satisfy each of the elements. Also, the basis you depended upon for those dates/actions. TIA.
