It appears with this Mike Rogers RINO, the Repubs in this U.S. Congress are dealing with the "Dade Phelan" effect. Dade Phelan is the RINO Texas Speaker-of-the-House who got elected to the speakership by consorting with Democrats. Whereupon Phelan now schemes with the Democrats to control what legislation gets considered and debated on the floor. Important legislation like 'school choice'.
