I assume that was her gun she put on the hood of the car and not one she just found on him.

You will probably change your mind, eventually since the justice department keeps releasing felons and putting them back onto the street. Eventually they will get to you and yours.
Watch the local News and take note of the car jackings and holdups that are committed by repeat offenders. They respect nor fear prosecution.

From what I've heard, he was changing a flat and she tried to go all North Korea and ID him. Bitch needs to lose qualified immunity and go to prison.

You know how you avoid that? STFU and follow their directives as told. If you do as told and they still did something out of line, you challenge it later in court. Escalating, arguing, refusing to comply and getting physical with arresting officers is always a dumb choice.

It sounds like he was tazed for 3 seconds. This seems to be done because of consistent rebuttal to her directions. Some of the X comments said you cannot taze once a person is handcuffed, but I don't know if that is true.
From what I see in the video, I'm fine with it.
There was a warrant for arrest due to trafficking fentanyl and he was behaving badly.
