Don't think he'll be there much longer. His district (District 9) was redrawn and he's now running in the district next door (District 18) and is currently behind his Democratic primary opponent by 20 + points in most polls.

Remember reading an article years ago about Al. Said he kept blank impeachment paperwork in his congressional desk. As soon as a Republican president was inaugurated, he would file the impeachment paperwork in the House of Representatives. Made up generic BS as reason for wanting to impeach. Not sure he is taken seriously which is sad for the people in his district of Houston.
