This could cause Britt to be removed from the ballot if proven. Alabama republican bylaws state that you must not have helped a democrat get elected over a republican candidate in the last 6 years.
Charles Graddick was kicked off the ballot in 86 for asking republicans to vote in the dem primary.

That's not gonna happen.
Even big Brooks supporters (who are pushing this narrative) have stated that any Democratic crossover was negligible.
Britt completely lapped the field to the point it wouldn't have mattered.
Britt has run a great campaign and Brooks has not. It's that simple. Brooks has simply not put in the effort she has.
What was supposed to be MAGA country, rural Alabama, went overwhelmingly for Katie.

That's not what he was saying. As the Chief of Staff of the senior Senator, he said she was helping the Junior Senator, Doug Jones, with his transition.

That is complete non-sense. The state laws need to change to eliminate the crossover. DEM candidates are a joke. Who would waste their vote? No way Ivey wins without a runoff without DEM votes.
