What was he suspected of stealing? What was stolen from this site. Why can’t you answer this simple question
You seem like the kind of guy who's stupid enough to charge someone holding a shotgun...

Homeowner said nothing was stolen yet you keep saying Arverry burglarized the house. You are a liar.

I said he was suspected of stealing from that site/neighborhood. But he was a burglar, he has a record. So when I say he's a thief I'm correct.

I don’t disagree with this being a dumb move by Ahmaud, but again, why chase?
I’m just saying, In a random situation like that, It could be argued, Ahmaud also had a right to protect himself.
There was no knowledge of a felony.
And wasn’t the “report” he initially ran a diff way and they had to go again?
They didn’t confront him in front of their property.

Except he wasn’t. Nothing was stolen. You are repeatedly posting false information.

So when I say he's a thief I'm correct.
Yes you are but they had no direct knowledge of this so it is irrelevant.

I'll side with the person holding the gun trying to speak to Arbery verses Arbery not communicating back and charging the person with the gun.
Asking someone to stop because the police are on the way, in broad daylight, in a low crime American neighborhood, especially when you have a history of stealing shite and you know your dumb arse was out there casing a house to steal shite, isn't an outlandish action or request.
Arbery ignoring that and just blindly charging at the guy makes him the aggressor.
That dumb shite knew exactly why they followed him. He was a POS thief and they were onto his bullshite.

There was reason to suspect a felony had occurred.

All that's required is immediate knowledge. And I've already pointed you in the direction of the Georgia court case that set precedence as to what exactly that constituted.

Nothing has to be stolen for you to have reasonable suspicion that something was stolen. You don't even know what commonly used words like "suspected" means...

So if I just think you stole something from some random house. I get to just chase you around in my car and pull a shotgun on you. And you are just going to get in my car and comply
I call complete bullshite on this
Call the cops. This is not a case where you are saving someone from being raped, beaten or killed.
There was no reason for this to get to the point it did

No, nor will I charge the guy with a shotgun because I'm not a stupid shite.

Only one piece of shite involved, and he's been crime free for a few years now.

I would the guy who cut him off repeatedly in his vehicle, pointed a gun at him then as Arbery ran the opposite way attempted to cut him off would be deemed the aggressor.

What reason was that?

If I had run from armed guys in trucks for 10-15 minutes and I was desperate and I thought I had a shot at taking one of the gut’s shotgun I might tty. Obviously this is what happened, or tgd guy was stupid. Either way the guy is in trouble snd he better have a good lawyer. Vigilante justice is one thing but chafing people who you think may have committed a crime puts you at risk.

What if they were trying to communicate with you, would you ignore them, refuse to communicate back, and charge them the first chance you got?
You have a criminal record btw, and you were there casing houses. You know exactly why they're chasing you.
You still charge them?

It's a shame he didn't get the gun from those guys.... What kind of fricking psycho chases a person down with guns because they suspected a crime had been committed. That incident didn't have to happen but the guys with guns got brave and stupid.

It's a shame he didn't live a proper life and instead was a POS criminal.
If not in that instance that dumb shite would have ended up shot to death one way or another.
Charging a guy with a shotgun who's backed up by another person with a gun? Why didn't he just try and rob a god damn gun store or gun range

Yup once you break any law basically open season. Hopefully no one ever treats you and your family like that because of past choices.

What second mark did this occur
There is a clarified version of the video that shows him clearly rais le his gun towards Aubery. It has been posted here. At that point Aubbery veers to the Leigh’s and attempts to pass on the passenger side of the truck. Mcredneck comes across the front of the truck to cut his m off and that is when they engage.
