Arbery does what?
....and go.
Arbery is more likely to talk to them because they have the legal authority…

Nah. You guys are very insistent that cops would just rather shoot a black man than to talk to one.

No, it's not. But since you're so confused as to what immediate knowledge is you should look into it a bit more.
Define immediate knowledge not using what you made up/were mistaken about equaltingvimmediate knowledge from earlier today….

As if...

Rodney Ellis, police chief for the Glynn County school system, testified at Wednesday’s hearing that Arbery tried to evade officers on foot and stopped only when two of them pointed guns at him.
He a good boy though.

I've already provided you with a court case (which you said didn't exist) that set precedence. When are you going to stop being a dishonest tool, read it, process it, and drop your silly contentions?

Please explain how as a DA you are goin to charge let alone convict someone of felony burglary based on them being accused of trespassing on a property.? Thanks!

You lie /are mistaken repeatedly. It’s a pattern…. Was Arbery wearing high tops or were they timberlands?

You want me to explain how I'd charge a felon with a history of burglary with yet another felony when said felony only requires intent and he's been spotted at least twice casing a construction site?
Sorry, I don't have training in special ed.

Did you earlier claim this property was repeatedly burglarized?? Just trumping to clarify

You've tried to call me out and the closest you got was one possible error in a 4 paragraph post where I stated a good 7 or 8 thinks that, as far as I can recall, were facts of the case.
You're a real Sherlock Holmes aren't you?

Yes I want you to explain how a person walking through a construction site and caught by the cops would be carved with burglary. Explain how the Da would content intent

Yes, based on conversations I've read about the property owner installing cameras, motion detectors, and being in constant contact with neighbors that could help keep an eye on his property.
