AG Sessions limits US judges' authority to dismiss deportation cases

I certainly wish he and POTUS got along better, but he's really doing the job when it comes to dealing with the illegals inundating the country.

'In his most recent decision, Sessions said judges can only terminate or dismiss cases in “specific and circumscribed” circumstances. Judges “have no inherent authority to terminate removal proceedings even though a particular case may pose sympathetic circumstances,” he said. '
In other words, stop legislating from the bench because you're a bleeding heart regressive and uphold the law, including national borders.
'The decision laid out specific circumstances under which immigration judges can terminate deportation proceedings, including in cases where the government cannot prove its case for removal. Judges can also terminate proceedings if the government asks for a dismissal or to allow an immigrant time for a final hearing on a pending petition for naturalization when the matter involves “exceptionally appealing or humanitarian factors.”'

This sounds solid. I think when the FISA stuff comes out, it is do or die for Beauregard

If only he’d understand that his job was more than taking down pot smoking illegals.

Ok, let's keep this simple: what is this thread about? Now, what does your response have to do with the topic of this thread? Don't try to start something, you picked the wrong thread to do it with. Stay on topic or keep quiet!
P.S. In the meantime, look up the definition of 'illegal.'

Did you really ask what the problem was with illegals inundating the country as in what they might do? Really?

quote:Yes. For starters, this "inundation" has plummeted in the past 10 years. But even if it hadn't, I'm still unsure of what specific outcomes you are worried about. It would be maybe 100th on my list of concerns about the country.

It's a good question.
Here's a better one.
People wanting to come to this country much for the same reason your family wanted to.
A better life.
Why are you so eager to deny them that. (Beyond the fact that they cross the border illegally).
Most people who come here are poor as shite and just want a better life for their kids....like your parents wanted for you.

Aaahhh, there you are, wasting my time again! Until you comprehend, fully, the difference between LEGAL and ILLEGAL you ARE just wasting time.
And your obsession with me and my background is getting creepy!

Nothing. They already broke the law.
