I don’t blame Trump for pushing for a vaccine for a virus. Why should anyone blame him for that?

That being said, I was against doling out the money.
However, that was going to happen no matter what, as Congress was nearly unanimous in its promotion of that outlay (which was BETO proof, but then again…you already knew that).
