Why do I need to post obvious facts?

It's fine for you to be against abortions, but the majority of the country wants to keep it legal.

Exactly.

Chart shows that in that poll, 74% favored restrictions or outright ban on abortion.

Your statement was false.

you are advocating for the termination of a developing infant human being, who has RIGHTS.
Herein lies the crux of the disagreement.

You start from the premise that a fetus has legal rights. That is simply not the case under existing law.

You are arguing for a change in the law, and I have never seen a convincing argument that choosing "fertilization" for the vesting of rights is any more moral OR objectively-sound than any other, later point in time.

Restrictions are fine.

I am for a cutoff where abortions can't be performed after a certain timeframe.

It was your analogy.

The saplings were living organisms on your property. You had the right to burn them if you chose.

So at what point is it not my right to choose? The saplings would actually be an infant, are they still my right to choose? Children living under my care are my property legally. So 18? Is that the date I can't choose anymore?

We all know that abortion is currently legal. Stop saying this as if it is some sort of gotcha moment.

Yes. That is the point of this debate.

This is simply your silly opinion, based on your own "morals and beliefs" as the burning heart poster above is infatuated with

Um, don't look at what your party is advocating for then... it is not pretty.

At the point in time that your society determines.

Let's go to Middle Earth. You would certainly lose that right if the saplings grew into Ents, became self-aware and walked off your property.

Got it. I inferred from your name (burning heart / bleeding heart) and your pro abortion stance. My bad if incorrect.
