Why is Obama keeping this awesomeness from the people? I am stunned he is allowing people to keep crap insurance.

I suppose we could essentially have Obamacare to please the Progressives but just never implement it, so it's like we don't really have it?

Is no one going to point out the section of the ACA, or other applicable federal law, which specifically allows the president, or his designees, to unilaterally delay implementation of a law?
