Find any issues that he and Biden may slightly agree on and campaign on them. Would that force Biden so far left that he is undesirable to the average democrat voter?

Right now Biden is doing the "Can't lose if you aren't on the field" strategy.
Trump is good at fighting a person like Hillary. It's tough to fight a ghost. Looks like they are content to sit back and let the media campaign for them.
Incumbent years are money saving years and the DNC gets unlimited free campaign ads. They might save money and still win the damn thing.

While the PT loves his twitter commentary, a lot of the middle does not and that is hurting him.

- Don't touch on Biden's declining mental health, let it show itself. Having a movie talked up can raise expectations and have a decent movie seem bad. If Biden's mental decline is overhyped, and he has a C- debate performance it might be a boon seeing as people were expecting an F. His gaffs will speak for themselves, don't over hype (at least not until we get a lot closer to the vote).

I think he needs to discharge (tax-free) student debt over $100,000. He then needs to freeze interest for ten years. Going forward, student debt should become dischargeable in bankruptcy after 5 years of income-based repayment. Also, the amount of government loans should be limited to $10,000-$30,000/year, depending on major and GPA. Loans should only be made to institutions with blind grading, free speech policies in line with the constitution, and at least 90% American students (at all levels of study). Tuition will drop.
