The photo of the van is very suspicious. It has a thin white border on the right and bottom edges, indicating that it was copied from who knows where. And since the top and left edges don't have the border, the image has been cropped (also it is not a standard ratio). It is very fuzzy, which could mean any of several things. Maybe it has been saved (read: edited) multiple times. Maybe it is a still frame from a video (in which case where's the video?). Maybe it is just a shitty camera (what year is it?). What kind of camera puts a timestamp with no date?
To me it looks like a zoomed in corner of a random photo from a digital photo album. That would explain the white edges with radiused corner, the time with no date (the photo is likely under a heading with the date on it), the time being so close to the edge of the photo, and the general low quality.
All in all just very unreliable "evidence". Very easy to put in whatever context you want.

White vans with extremely similar blue stripes, yeah?
Obviously an older model with thicker stripes than the one I picked, but they have used a bunch of different models with differences in the stripe width. The van in this picture is older and the same model.
I guess it's an old surplus police van that ANTIFA bought and brought in for covert operations.
