I guess my answer would be "B", but that would be based on the fact that the Federal money laundering statute and the tax code regulations are so broad that almost every small business or American taxpayer could be indicted if an investigation like Mueller's was levied. I guess I'd have to see the specific facts for a more definitive answer.
