Mr. Biden, you have admitted to withholding aid to Ukraine unless Prosecutor Shokin was fired, who was conducting an investigation into Burisma for suspected corruption, a company your son was a member of the board, which is considered a Quid Pro Quo. At the same time, our State Department was involved in an anti-corruption effort with Ukraine. Not only is this a direct conflict of interest but it also undermined our anti-corruption policies with Ukraine.

Mr. Biden, please explain to the American and Ukrainian people, why you chose to use your influence as Vice President to benefit your son and Burisma, instead of rooting out corruption that directly impacts the people of Ukraine and indirectly impacts the people of America by using financial aid paid for by taxpayers. Also, do you understand the impact and harm your actions had on the relationship between the US and Ukraine moving forward and are you willing to testify under oath in the case currently going on in a Ukrainian court, where you have been named in a suit for committing unlawful interference by former Prosecutor Shokin?
