Because it's a stupid question? You aren't interested in an answer anyways.

This is the most bull shite in the thread. Conservatives want the government dictating who can get married, who can smoke pot, who can sell sex as a service, what days of the week you can buy alcohol, what religion is acceptable in schools, so on and so on.

That only exists in your mind.

Let me answer this in the best way possible. I think a lot of people like yourself wants to misunderstand what is happening.

When Conservatives like myself are dismissive of certain things it comes with the understanding that what is being brought up has little or nothing to do with whether Trump can do the job.

We have seen the statement....We have not elected a preacher.

So I will say why do we care if Trump slept with a Pornstar....he probably did. that is between him and his wife.

We don't care if Trump made too much money on a deal in 2009.

He would have to endorse the repeal of the 2nd Amendment.

He would have to say stupid shite like Illegal immigration is cool by him and that they should have the same right under the Constitution as citizens.

shite like that would make me not support him. I. Other words, become a SJW progtard.

What is happening is that Trump is supported by people who have no real ideology or philosophy and just want the President to give voice to the lowest common denominator and
mindlessly lash out against anything they consider to be the slightest bit"liberal" or part of the "establishment". It's nothing more than the party of the aggrieved.

Since November, 2016, it would appear that you’re the aggrieved one.

Serious question here. What is the limit you are willing to go to defend the guy? Would you defend him if he murdered someone, or if he had sex with a gorilla? Seriously, what is the limit?

Defend him against what....he needs NO defense for a single thing hes done since taking over. You idiot's witch hunt in his past serves no purpose except to help your bleeding pussies feel better.

Hes doing exactly what we expected...kicking fricking as and saving the country from financially ruin and saving the constitution from being trashed...also stacking the supreme court ...and the added bonus is the daily melts.

So, I've got his back

While I hate to admit it, there is a grain of truth to this. Unfortunately, there seems to be three types of conservatives:

1) The Social Conservatives - these are a dying breed and yes, they do try to control things -- almost as much as the Dems -- only, they try to use old-fashioned values. The GOPe pander to these types.

2) The Fiscal Conservatives - These are similar to Libertarians in that they believe we are supposed to be free and only want a small government necessary to preserve these freedoms. However, fiscal conservatives focus alot more on budget, spending, taxes, etc. rather than individual liberties derived from this.

3) The GOPe - These are the pretenders. Totally self-focused, they hang with the DC elitists and seek to enrich themselves by representing only multi-national corporate interests. They say conservative things (both socially and fiscally) during election season but govern otherwise.

So, in a sense, the social conservatives do try to control things but I believe this is a small minority of mostly old people, so this group is getting smaller. Most conservatives I know would be for legalizing pot, changing marriage back to a religious thing (all marriages considered civil unions in the eyes of the law), freedom to go to the school of your choice (money follows the kid, etc.). If you want blue hair and to worship donkeys, so be it. I won't follow and should have the right to say I disagree, but it is your right to do as you please. This is my idea of freedom.

If he murdered me, I'd start to doubt my support of him...but then again, that may just be personal bias.
