Romney got 2,078,688 votes. In 2016, Trump got about the same. In 2020, Trump got 2.4 million.

Turnout in 2016 was not strong as neither candidate was all that popular.
In 2020 one candidate was so unpopular people drug their nuts through glass to vote against him.

I do not believe Biden received 81 million legitimate votes if that's what you're asking. He "won" Georgia by about 13,000 votes.

Yep, this was an unforced error. I’m convinced the dude has 3 or more monitors scanning social media in real time and posts things here as quickly as he can. All day long, every day.
It’s a hell of a weird commitment.
