Why isn't Lanny Davis now exposed to professional ethical scrutiny for assisting with Cohen's testimony?

Anyone who would cross Lanny would find themselves in a robbery gone wrong with nothing missing or with a barbell crushing their throat real fast...

Yes. This is clearly the most pressing question stemming from Cohen's testimony today

Yeah, basically every word he's uttered is a violation of his sworn ethical duties, disbarred or not.

He's going to prison and has been disbarred. What else do you want to do to him?

What does that have to do with the facts? The truth?

Which is why the point of the thread is not directed to Cohen but to the licensed attorney assisting him with and facilitating such testimony.

All of this is because Hillary was an incompetent candidate who didn't visit battle ground states

But the nation didn't choose her so there MUST have been nefarious means

I'm not watching, what is he violating? Atty-client privilege?

Seems pretty clear to me, but what do I know?

Again, not watching, but there are exceptions for crimes and fraud or when the attorney is participating in the crime or fraud...I would venture a guess that he's proceeding under those or similar exceptions.

There's also the question of whether he was acting in his capacity as an attorney or business partner.

Bottom line, this has all been thought about prior to testifying...I think there are probably enough loop-holes to get out of the atty-client privilege muzzle.

Just now realizing Lanny is Seth Davis’ father.

h
I don't think that the exceptions extend to simply having a hunch that nefarious stuff might have been going on, though. In fact, I'm almost certain they don't.
