While I do love a good troll it is unlikely he would do that since it becomes a public challenge just begging to be met. It is unlikely he would be arrogant enough to play around with a $100+ billion dollar asset. This is part of the reason why you rarely hear about ransomware attacks unless they are bound to disclose a data breach.

Follow that account and see what it starts trying to sell in the next few months. There are a bunch of accounts like that set up to push some hustle or scheme/scam. They'll build a decent following and then pin a post to their feed pushing whatever they're trying to sell. Several of those scam accounts have made it here, posted as legit "news" sources.
