I've been a diet coke drinker for about 20 years now. I know it's horrible for you and I've stopped for a month or so a few times but always get back on it. I tried again for Lent (I'm not Catholic but whatever) and then this less white thing happened. Well, it actually made it that much easier as I'm on day 7 and I can say I'm pretty sure I'm done and healthier for it.
